Smoothies are a fast, healthy and satiating snack, ideal for this time of year.
Recently I’ve gravitated to adding about 1/4 of a cup of coconut milk to my daily smoothie. Not only does coconut taste amazing and instantly transport me to a sea side location. It also has a lot of beneficial properties. Coconut milk is great for cardiovascular support, along with conditioning hair and has plenty of antioxidants.
1/2 Coconut Milk
1/2 Oat Milk
Method: Combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
Top with passionfruit pulp and shredded coconut if you’re feeling fancy!
