Brilliant Customer Support

I received my berry diffuser as a free gift. Moss reached out after I posted a review about a product I had purchased online and was dissatisfied with. Always a risk with an online purchase I know. But what reduces that risk is when the company responds like Moss did. Really appreciated it.
